    1. Keep a watch on what you eat

    One of the biggest factors of infertility is the consumption of unhealthy food. It can affect your reproductive cycle which will cause in occasional or no ovulation. In this case, try to take protein in your diet. (1)

    Switch from beef, pork, chicken to vegetable protein sources like nuts and cooked dried beans.

    8. Check Your Weight

    For having a balanced reproductive cycle, make sure you are neither underweight nor overweight. Do check your BMI and ensure that you rank within 19 to 24 which is an indicator of healthy weight. (9)

    9. Avoid Douching

    Douching actually cleanses natural, protective vagina bacteria, shift the balance and can also put a woman at bacterial vaginosis risk. Consult your health advisor if you find any other symptom like burning, itchiness, sores or unusual discharge. (10)
