    Day 7

    Breakfast:1 glass of milk, 1 egg omelet made of 3 egg whites

    Mid morning:1 pear fruit, green tea

    Lunch:2 chapattis, 1 small bowl of mixed vegetables.

    Snacks:1 cup of green tea, 4-5 almonds

    Dinner:1 medium plate salad, 1 small glass of milk
